Classes Offered
Kids Classes (ages
5 to 14) Our kids program focuses on character development
and teaches self defense skills that avoid aggression and
causing injury to others.
Adult Classes (ages 15
and up) Our adult classes provides people with the skills for stress
reduction and conflict resolution that is transferred directly to daily
life. Classes give adults well rounded fitness and teach
functional self defense.
Self-Defense Classes
These short courses or classes offer fundamental
information on self protection.
